All of our tools are sanitized in an Autoclave “The Ultimate Sanitizer” in individually sealed pouches. At the time of service your personal set of sterilized tools are opened in your presence by one of our licensed technicians. Our Spa Signature Manicure & Pedicure, is an extension of our service regular Manicure & Pedicure. This includes a lower hands, arms, leg and foot massage with your exfoliating scrub, followed by a mask, massage, surprises, aromas, flowers, fruits and, hot towels. No Show | Late Cancellations

For any no-shows, late cancellations as well as same day bookings. We reserve the right to require at booking, to hold credit card information on file per our policy. It is imperative that at least 24 hours notice is received to cancel any appointments. Once an appointment is booked unless we hear from you, we'll expect you to be there. We send out email and SMS texts to confirm 24-72 hours prior to your appointment. If a reschedule or late cancellation is necessary 50% of all services scheduled will be charged. ALL 'No Show' appointments will be charged 100% to the card number with which they were held.

Alerts

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors before booking any spa services. Kindly inform your therapist of any existing medical conditions, allergies, special concerns by completing required forms prior to your treatment.

Punctuality

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow destress time and any mandatory pre-treatment paperwork, (some forms may be completed ahead of time for select services.) If you are running late, please call 305-603-7379 to let us know. If other clients are scheduled, it may result in your appointment either being cut-short or rescheduled (with a fee) to prevent any inconvenience.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Tu Spa's gift cards and good old-fashioned cash. We do not accept personal checks in-spa.

Gratuities

You may leave gratuities at your discretion (for inquiring minds... 15% is standard in our industry) preferably in cash and are greatly appreciated!

Refunds or Returns

No cash refunds and no returns. Spa credit may be applied at management’s discretion.

Children & Additional Guests

At Tu Spa Nails & More we love children. Unfortunately, children or additional guest are not allowed in spa or studio waiting room unless they are receiving services. No exceptions.
